By downloading or using PullUP! you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use PullUP!. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the app to spam or harass other users
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Post content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content you grant Pullup Development LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these Terms.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available at pullup-app.com/privacy, describes how we collect and use your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
PullUP! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullup Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
