How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our systems.
Why does PullUP! need my location?
PullUP! uses your location to show you on the map to your friends and to surface
nearby events and Pulls. We only track location while the app is open. You can
hide your location in Settings → Privacy at any time.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three dots (•••) on any Pull or tap the report option on a
user's profile. Our team reviews all reports promptly.
My friend request isn't showing up. What should I do?
Make sure both you and your friend have the latest version of the app. Check
the Add Friends section under the search icon. If the issue persists,
email us.
How do I turn off notifications?
Go to your device Settings → PullUP! → Notifications, or manage
notification preferences within the app.
What happens to my posts after 24 hours?
Your posts disappear from the public feed but remain visible to you and your
friends in the "Past Pulls" section of your profile.
How do I join a Group?
Tap the Groups tab, then "Join a Group." Browse nearby
groups or search for one. Open groups let you join instantly; private groups
require approval from the owner.
